Reeves Chartered Surveyors is currently progressing two deals at Monks Cross.  The first involves the freehold sale of the first floor of Unit 7 Alpha.  At the same time the recently appointed agent is negotiating the letting of the ground floor of Omega 1.

Both deals are progressing through legals and are expected to complete shortly.
