The next phase of development has started on site at Helmsleys œ60 million Monks Cross North business park in York. Commercial insurance broker, The Insurance Partnership has acquired 6,500 sq ft of sustainable office space within the Sigma development at the popular out of town business park. The company employs more than 100 staff at offices in Hull, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield and York. It will move from its current premises at Arabesque House at Monks Cross to Sigma in Spring 2009. Mark Green from The Insurance Partnership said: We are moving to larger purpose-built premises to accommodate our growing business. We were keen to remain at Monks Cross due to its excellent location in terms of transport links and local amenities. We are working closely with Helmsley who have been very flexible and responsive in meeting our needs and look forward to moving in. The specification of the offices includes a combined heating and cooling system with an integrated heat recovery system to reduce running costs, hard and soft landscaping and dedicated on-site parking.
