WHAT IS MONKS CROSS NORTH?
Monks Cross North is arguably York's leading out of town business park. Located just two miles north east of York city centre, the park is close to the A1237 ring road and A64 dual carriageway therefore offering easy access to the A1/M and A59 for Leeds and Harrogate. Monks Cross North hosts a range of high-specification, modern office units which incorporate a variety of sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies.
Future phases will also include solar power to heat the water and light the car park, wind turbines and ground source heat recovery pumps. The park is already home to a range of leading businesses including Norwich Union Life, the Department for Work and Pensions, DEFRA and the National Care Standards Commission.
